Sensei Johnny Ling is one of the founders and presently chief instructor of SKANZ. He is a 5th Dan black belt and a certified World Karate Federation (WKF) and Oceania Karate Federation referee. He has over twenty years of teaching experience and expertise in sports karate.

Sensei Johnny Ling has successfully mentored and continues to coach New Zealand athletes into winning national and international Karate championships both in Kata and Kumite.
